The accommodation is all on one level and compromises of a kitchen and dining area, lounge area, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The bright airy hallway leads into the lounge area, which is furnished with a two-seater sofa, comfort seating and large flat screen SMART TV.
The fully equipped kitchen has all modern conveniences including, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer (utility area located downstairs under the stairs) The dining area is well furnished with large dining table and seating.
The main bathroom provides a large shower, WC & sink. The two bedrooms complete the accommodation. Bedroom 1 has a double size bed and provides ample storage for all your belongings. The second bedroom is a shabby chic style twin with two single beds and again ample storage. The property is electrically heated throughout and benefits from a sustainable solar powered system. Bed linen and towels are provided. Electricity and Wi-Fi is included in the rental price. Smoking is not allowed. Cot and highchair available on request. Sorry, no pets. Short breaks are available all year round.
A free public car parking is located nearby (200m) or paid on-street parking is available from 11am-6pm Monday-Saturday. On street parking free at other times.
