It is just a few steps from the local shops, café’s, bars, and restaurants. Roundstone harbour is on your doorstep, and the Caribbean like white sandy beaches of the world-famous Dogs Bay and Gurteen beaches are just 3km away. Enjoy leisurely walks and cycles at the nearby Connemara Greenway, which is accessible at Ballynahinch, or walk the nearby Inishnee Island loop walk. There are numerous trails and driving routes to explore in the region, including the well-known Roundstone Bog Road and along the Wild Atlantic Way.  Sea fishing and boat tours are available locally, Kylemore Abbey and Connemara National Park are just a short drive away. Golf is available at the nearby Connemara Golf Links course at Ballyconneely. Roundstone village provides lots of places to eat and drink and its shops will supply you with everything you need for your self-catering holiday. Local activities include kayaking and paddleboarding, sea angling, lake, and river fishing, walking trails, hill walking, pony trekking, golf, boat trips and much more. This is an ideal location for exploring all that the Connemara region has to offer.

Facilities:

3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sleeps 6.  The accommodation is over two levels. The ground floor accommodation consists of two large en suite bedrooms and the upper floor includes the master bedroom, open plan kitchen with balcony, living and dining area, guest WC utility room.

The modern kitchen is open plan with the dining and living room area, and provides access to a private balcony, offering wonderful sea views. The fully equipped oak kitchen includes integrated fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Sage coffee machine, dishwasher, and a drinks fridge. A washing machine and tumble dryer are located adjacent to the guest WC. The dining area includes large table, bench, and dining chairs, and easily accommodates up 6 persons. The living room area includes comfortable modern furniture, a woodburning stove with complimentary starter pack, and a large multi-channel smart TV.

The master ensuite bedroom is located on the upper level of the townhouse and includes a super king-sized bed complete with luxury King Koil mattress and Inish luxury bedlinens, ample storage, and a smart TV. The en suite bathroom is spacious and includes pumped shower, WC, and sink. The master bedroom has a partial sea view. Bedroom number 2 and 3 are both super king en-suite bedrooms, located on the ground floor. One has a main street view, and the other is located at the rear of the property.  Super king beds can be converted to 2 single beds by request, prior to arrival.

Guests can enjoy the spacious communal outdoor area, which includes outdoor furniture, a perfect place to sit, dine and relax in the fine weather.

The townhouse is centrally heated throughout by underfloor heating with thermostatic controls throughout the property. Wooden floors throughout.  Bed linen and Egyptian cotton towels and Burren perfumery toiletries are just some of the additional desirable extras to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Wi-fi is included.  Heating, electricity and wi-fi is included in the rental price. A cot and highchair are available on request. Smoking is not allowed within the property. Sorry no pets allowed. On street parking is available in the village. There is also a public car park just 50m away which charges €2 on exit. Short breaks are available.

A security deposit of €500 is required for this property. Our reservations team will arrange this with guests prior to arrival. Pre-authorisation of a payment card will be required.
